Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

A full refund will be issued if services are canceled prior to the commencement of any paperwork or cremation procedures.

If cancellation occurs after authorization forms have been signed but before cremation, a partial refund will be provided, deducting administrative and coordination fees.

No refund is available once the cremation process has begun.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party payments (e.g., death certificates, permits, transport fees, obituary notices) are non-refundable.

Custom memorial products, once ordered, are also non-refundable.
